HHLPOA programs & executive for 2019

During our annual planning meeting in August, we confirmed our board executive for 2019. Congratulations (and a great big thanks) to the following, all of whom will be returning in their roles:

President – Peter Dadzis

Vice-President – Mo Jansons

Treasurer – Jon Williams

Secretary – Rita Dadzis

Look for the continuation of our work on governance, placement of marker buoys for underwater hazards, identification and disposal of abandoned docks, water quality monitoring and shoreline naturalization. We will have several returning & new membership social events, like the “Nine & Dine” golf tournament, a “Green Up/Clean Up” day, Bird Life seminar, lake-wide garage sale (on your dock, of course!), Parade of Lights and of course our AGM. We will be publishing our much anticipated association calendar, this year featuring the results of our scavenger hunt, and will continue to liaison with FOCA, CHA & CEWF.   Member communication will be expanded to include Instagram, so keep posting photos with #bighawklake, #littlehawklake and #hallslake.
